I am a freelance online and offline editor. I am able to use a wide range of applications from Cinema 4D to After Effects, but I specialise in Avid DS, Avid Media Composer and Apple’s Final Cut Pro.
I have five years experience working on Avid DS and a further 6 years experience on Avid Media Composer. My experience has largely evolved around promo and commercial work from offlines on MC to conform, grade, composite and graphics on DS.
I have worked on a number of music videos shot with the revolutionary RED digital camera. I have become very comfortable with the workflow taking projects from offline through to conform and preparation for a DI finish.
I have held a Senior Editing position at Box Television (part of Channel 4) for the past 6 years working on it’s seven music television channels. The position has also entailed many responsibilities from recruiting editors to planning annual budget allocations and equipment spending.
